Questions regarding TTC after a miscarriage

Hey!
just wanted to ask a few questions regarding my miscarriage and trying to conceive after my miscarriage.

I miscarried on 30th November and only bled for two days and EPU confirmed my HCG was back to normal and I was ok to try again if this is what I wanted to do.

I logged my miscarriage on my PreMom app and it worked out my ovulation for today (which I’ve tested and this seems right but the line is darker than I’ve ever seen one before)

I had BD on the 4th November before testing for LH as I didn’t think I’d need too until my app said I was ovulating.

the question is, could I have got caught before this and this is detecting HCG or is that not possible and I should base this off my app as an ovulation?
