Hi,

I've had really sore breasts for the past 2 weeks to the point I can't even lay on them. Never had this before, I've been sleeping so much and constantly tired. Last night I woke up with extreme pain in my stomach to the point it was bringing tears to my eyes and then this afternoon the pain came back so I went to the toilet and when I wiped it had this on the tissue. I've never ever had this before and since then there had been abit of blood but nothing else and my cramps are easing off completely. Have I had a miscarriage?

Have you had a positive pregnancy test before this? X

If you have had a positive, it would be wise to get it checked out as soon as you can - hospital or other healthcare place that can do all the necessary tests.

It's hard to say. Could be miscarriage tissue, could be a decidual cast. I'd do a pregnancy test, and if positive then call your local early pregnancy assessment centre who can scan you and see what's going on.

I'd say yes from personal experience - a very early one. Get a Dr's appt so he can examine you properly.
Sorry you are going through this. x

I thought I might of been but was going to wait until my period, and then I'm 3 days late for my period and had this today but had nothing since, just a tiny bit of blood and brown discharge and that's it

If I did a pregnancy test, would it pick up now even if I have an a miscarriage?

Yes if you did an early pregnancy test now it would still show if it was a pregnancy.

I'm afraid no advice on if I think this is a miscarriage or not as I don't know but I hope you get some answers x
