Is there anything I can do to help?

This is my first time posting...
I've recently just had my second early miscarriage. Both times I've tried to get pregnant I have conceived straight away, no issues! But I have lost 2 pregnancies at about week 5/6. One in September and then one at the end of November.
My GP is giving me a blood test next week but they have said that really I just need to wait until/if I have a 3rd loss to be eligible for referral to the Recurrent Preg Loss clinic.
Is there anything I can do in the meantime to try and help my next pregnancy to stick?
I am 31, fit and healthy and very active, I have a BMI of 19-20, I have stopped drinking alcohol, eat well, consume barely any caffeine and have no health conditions. I am taking pre-pregnancy and pre-natal tablets as applicable. I don't know what else to do. My partner is also fit and healthy. The blood test may shed some light but my gut instinct is that it won't tell us anything.
Any ideas?!

I'm so sorry for your losses, it's really tough and just want to share my experience with you.

I've also had 2 miscarriages, one in April at 7 weeks and one in June at 8 weeks. Both times the scan showed the baby had stopped developing around 5/6 weeks and we had not seen a heartbeat. I was categorically told that no help will be provided until I've had 3 miscarriages. (Torture, I know). I asked about progesterone/aspirin or referral to the recurrent miscarriage now that I'm 35 and was told no.

Like you, I could easily get pregnant but staying pregnant seemed to be the issue. However I am now 10 weeks pregnant, heartbeat seen at 8 weeks and nausea still in full swing. Both my miscarriages started with bleeding and so far I've had none this pregnancy. So I'm hoping this is the one that's sticking with us 🤞🏼

Just wanted to say I feel your pain and hopefully the first 2 were "just one of those things" and your third will be successful 🤞🏼it sounds like you're doing all you can at this stage!

Sorry to hear of your losses. I’m same age and in the same boat, I had blood tests after the 2nd mc and they didn’t show anything, which I anticipated.
You’re doing all the right things.
I think that’s the frustrating thing sometimes, I crave being able to do something to ‘fix’ it like I would other problems in life, but being a healthy weight and living a healthy lifestyle means it really is completely out of my control, there’s nothing more I can do at this stage, so just have to hope and pray it’s third time lucky, I hope the same for you too.
Take care x

I've had a few early miscarriages too
I don't think there is anything you can do
Which is weird when we seek to control and improve so much about our health and wellbeing these days. It can feel like you are oddly at the mercy of something you can't fix.
But with early pregnancy losses it's often just that those cells didn't divide quite right and things weren't going to work out
Miscarriage is very very common.
I have two completely healthy kids now - with nothing different done in either pregnancy compared to the ones that didn't work out

Take time to look after yourself, have a fun Christmas and keep trying in the new year?!
