I had retained products that needed up needing surgery for (6 weeks after). I felt okay up until 3 weeks post op when my period returned. Since then iv had some cramping and discomfort (mainly on left side). I have spoken to hospital and gp but they have just both said it can take time for things to go back to normal. I’m not sure if this is normal or not though and terrified of something being wrong!
