Hey everyone, so I had 2 MCs (CP at 4.5 then a MMC where embryo stopped developing around 8.1) then a baby, then another MMC (again development stopped at 8.1). I've now had all the RMC tests and everything is normal, and cytogenetics found that the last embryo had T15, so was never going to be viable, sadly. I'm now 38, and I've been pregnant in every year from 2020 to 2024 with one (absolutely wonderful) child to show for it. It's starting to really wear me down.
This year (since stopping breastfeeding) my period has been really irregular and unpredictable, probably not helped by the MMC in the middle of the year. I've been ovulating up to a week late or in one case I think not at all. This cycle I ovulated as expected but then my period came at 8DPO for maybe the first time ever. So now I'm a bit worried about perimenopause as well (though am telling myself it's more likely still the hormonal shifts of giving birth/breastfeeding/miscarriage).
Every now and then a thread comes around where people share their happy outcomes, where they eventually managed to have all the children they wanted, even after multiple losses. I feel like I could really use a thread like that right now, so if anyone wants to share happy/hopeful stories, please jump in.
