Hi all. I’ve always found reading threads of here so helpful so hoping you could all help me out. I had a D&C 2.5 weeks ago after a failed medical management 3 weeks before that.
the surgery was pretty rough. It wouldn’t come away so a lot of force was applied. It was done under ultrasound. I lost a lot of blood and was anemic after.
I have done a hospital pregnancy test which is negative. First response are still faintly positive though.
I am still bleeding on and off. It will stop for a day then start again etc etc and this is just driving my crazy. I phoned the hospital and they said not to worry and this can be normal. I’m using ovulation strips and getting a fairly dark line as well as the one sided pain I always get when I ovulate.
my question. Is what is happening with my body? I have had two healthy and successful pregnancies prior and so am not familiar with this awful process. It feels like the worst waiting game ever.
has anyone been in this situation? I don’t know whether to jist have sex even though there is on and off bleeding and don’t know what to do for the best.
