Miscarriage Anxiety

Found out I am pregnant with baby no2 a few days ago.
I am only 4+1 and I am terrified of miscarriage.
More so than the first time- we tried for this one whereas our 1st was a happy accident so I think that may have something to do with it.
Any advice or reassurance?
Don’t know how I am going to get through the next couple of months if I feel this anxious!
For context I am 30 my 1st is 21 months and we tried for 4 cycles for this pregnancy.

It’s perfectly normal to feel anxious about this especially in those very early weeks when the only evidence you’ve seen of the pregnancy is on the test. I felt like the first few weeks of my second pregnancy until the early scan were the slowest weeks of my life (I miscarried the first pregnancy). But they do pass and then you begin to feel a bit more relaxed as time goes on. Just try to take it one day at a time and perhaps get an early scan booked for 7-8 weeks to reassure you a little later on in your first trimester.
It can be tempting to symptom spot and increasing nausea is a good sign but it’s worth noting that symptoms can come and go in a normal pregnancy also.
Best of luck and congratulations
