Pms or miscarriage

Hi looking I'm after advice if anyone can relate too. I already have a little boy. I'm possibly maybe going trough early miscarriage or period but all symptoms lead to miscarriage I'm really scared haven't told anyone neither my partner. I initially thought I was but last few days are proving to be difficult and different I'm heavily menstrual extremely red red small clots nothing else. The pain has become unbearable to the point I'm struggling to pick up ny little boy symptoms are severe cramps upper and lower abdominal extremely bad back all lower, pelvic isn't good either I'm abit queesey with certain smells no shoulder tip pain visiting the toilet more than usual can anyone relate I'm scared of doctors as I've been in simular position before an was not pleasant experience I have pictures to see the test there is a very fain second line I'm really unsure what my next move should be please help me

The tests say not to take them apart as it affects drying time and causes evaps. I honestly wouldn’t read that as positive though.

That said, I’ve had 4 mc and never had any shoulder pain with any of them. If you are suffering severe cramping, and painkillers aren’t helping, then you need to call 111. If you have upper abdominal cramps and are nauseous, it might be a coincidental bug of some sort, but 111 would be my advice.

Just an update to say thankyou and been in for doctors they've happy to say the least its not miscarriage extreme pms, thankyou x
