Hcg blood test

So I assume I’m having a very early miscarriage. I had positive tests 2 weeks ago and I’ve been bleeding for 12 days now but I’ve had 2 positive at home blood tests which would probably make sense as there’s probably hcg still in my blood 😢 how long do you bleed with a miscarriage I was probably only 4 weeks.

Sadly, it does sound like a chemical pregnancy
My earliest MC was at 7 weeks, but I only bled for a week, then my period start exactly a month later.
Could you have been any further along than 4 weeks? Any fever or offensive discharge? Any dizziness? I'm not sure what the recommendation is, but I would think if its continuing more than 2 weeks, I'd speak to your GP.

Thankyou, I had a normal period 8th September and then a faint positive 6 days before I was due on my period this month then i started spotting the next day for 2 days then heavy bleeding for the last 10 from what I’ve read aren’t chemical pregnancy’s meant to happen a week or so after you were due on that’s what’s confusing me. I also have a gp appointment next week to see what’s going on but I hope I’ve stopped bleeding by then 🙏🏼

Just to add I’ve had no pains at all just lower back pain
