Private recurrent miscarriage clinic/consultant recommendations

Hello,

Is anyone able to recommend a private recurrent miscarriage clinic and/or particular consultant who specialises in this area? I’m on the NHS waiting list for this service but it’s a long wait and considering going private. Any experiences, good or bad, of particular clinics or consultants would really help me make a decision! I’m in the Northamptonshire/Bedfordshire area but happy to consider travelling as far as needed to get the right help.

Hi @gingerbiscuit24 sorry for losses. I have been tested by NHS but eventually ended up with private consultant as NHS is limited in terms of testing. I am with prof. Shehata in Epsom. He is amazing. Also Coventry has great team (University Hospital that u can see privately too) Wishing u all the best and to hug ur baby soon!

@Rainbowchaser87 thanks so much for replying! I’ve seen Prof Shehata’s name mentioned somewhere and glad to hear he’s good. I’d also read about Prof. Quenby at Coventry but looks like she doesn’t do private practice anymore. Will do a bit more digging!
