Post d&c pain and bleeding

Hi everyone firstly sorry to anyone who has been through this.
İ had a d&c for a 9 week mmc Saturday minimal pain and bleeding initially few hours.been fine but since lastnight have had some bleeding and mild cramps pinching pains the bleeding is light and watery is this normal? Also when can i expect a normal period and at my check up Monday what is the Dr likely to say about ttc again x

Yes I had this. Took paracetamol and ibuprofen and the pains in my tummy lasted a week then it lifted. A hot water bottle was my best friend! and lots of rest. The ttc again i waited 2 cycles because I was needing a break I had mmc too mine was 9 weeks d&c also. Iv not conceived yet. Hope this helps

Thank-you for you're reply ita so emotionally hard isn't it how a dream can be heartbreak within a few minutes. Oh wow i was thinking im going to be told at least 6 months to ttc etc and im already nearly 38. İt puts my mind at ease to know this is normal I hppe you get a positive healthy baby soon x

I'm 41!🙈 iv already got a beautiful dd she's 5. I'm just having one last roll of the dice. You've got loads of time don't worry. Iv read on here people getting pregnant within first month of d&c without a bleed. I didn't want to try that soon though. My period came back within 4-5 weeks so very predictable I was pleased about that I knew where I was at.

Bless lovely that you have your dd. İ have 3 grown boy's but just felt too young still to have no littlies have friends who have toddlers busy etc and felt so lost in life now mine are grown so decided to do it again and are heart-broken. İ hope my period also comes back reliable and like you would rather have a period before ttc again have a check monday so will also speak with the dr x

How did your check up go on Monday?

All was OK she said there is no visible retained product's etc all healing well and the bleeding is normal.
As for ttc again she said we can start whenever we feel ready physically there's no need to wait but mentally however long is needed
