I have always had regular 28 day cycles, but on easter sunday, my period came a week early, it was horrific the pain was unbearable, very heavy, and i was passing huge clots, which i dont normally do, this lasted for a couple of days! Now im late with this months period by 5 days and am wondering wether i had a miscarriage even though didn't know i was pregnant and my AF symptoms are v similar to pregnancy symptoms, as i have 2 children already?

Anybody with a similar experience, let me know, i would really appreciate some advice!

I had an early miscarriage at around 4/5 weeks which sounds very similiar to what you have experienced so I would say yes.

It's nature's way I guess.

It seems odd that it was , did you have a normal period the previous month? If you had conceived after the previous period you probably wouldn't have had symptoms like those you describe as the eggy wouldn't have even had time to implant. If you had been preg from the previous month it could have been a miscarriage but that would be weird if you had a normal period in between, but not impossible.

I guess you will never know, I would try not to worry, I'm sure it happens a lot and women don't realise, just wait for this period and see if it's normal. If not, could be symptom of something else, so maybe go to the doc to check it out. xxx

Yes my period was normal the month before!

Still waiting for my period this month, if not started by mon, will go to docs! Its just weird for me as ive never been a week early, and only ever been late when PG, but that is not likely as use condoms everytime.

Thanx anyway, fot your words of wisdom. xx
