Conception/Ovulation after Miscarriage

Hey everyone,

So I miscarried on 6th July. My period returned about 4.5 weeks later and lasted around 5 days which is what it was before.

It then took another 6 weeks to get my next period, when it did come it again was only about 5 days. I am at 4 weeks now and due but there is no sign of it coming.

I am finding it really hard to know when I’m ovulating, shall I just start testing from the end of my period?

Has anyone experienced the same? It’s heart reaching when my period doesn’t come but I’m not pregnant.

So sorry for your loss. How far along were you?
I was 11 weeks with my first loss and it took a couple of cycles for my periods to regulate. My second cycle was longer than usual.

I don't think I ovulated for the first couple of cycles either. On my 3rd cycle I noticed ovulation symptoms, sore boobs and ewcm.
It depends which ovulation tests you use, but a general rule is to start testing about 5 days before your expected ovulation date, then you shouldn't miss it x
