Recurring misscarriage

Hi guys, I’ve read so many threads about miscarriage but all a while ago, just hoping for some response or some hope. I actually already have 3 children in my previous relationships who I love all the world, but my current fiance and I have been trying for a couple of years now and had now 4 miscarriages. 1 was a missed miss carriage (I didn’t even know that was a thing till it happened) and now currently suffering from the 4th chemical pregnancy I think they call it miscarrying before 5 weeks. I do have a prolapsed cervix but I get mixed messages as to whether that’s the cause. I do have an appointment in November with the recurrent miscarriage but I’ve waited since February for that. (NHS) I’ve read about medications such as aspirin, progesterone creams? I’m seeing if I should give any of this a go? Or should I just give up. I’m only 33 so another child should still be able, my youngest is 4 oldest is 13 and one at 10 in between, I know some people get none so I’m honestly grateful for them but my partner hasn’t got any and we share none together and we would love to so much but I’m just loosing hope, however I’ve read so many success stories even after multiple miscarriages I find comfort in others experiences so please share some with me, 🖤
