I’m looking for some advice, Iv been on the pill for over 12 years, I have never had an issue and I have a break every 6 weeks for a period.
I have never bleed through before at all whilst taking it, I might have the odd spotting but nothing more. But a few days ago I bleed through heavily, so I just stopped taking it (again never happened before). The pain was so bad, (normally my periods are light and mostly painless on the pill) yesterday the blood I was producing was crazy, massively clotted and I was changing every hour. The last few weeks I have also been suffering from terrible bloat and I have been so emotional.
But then last night I noticed this and to me it resembles a misscarriage, all the signs have been there.
i went to the doctors the day after, a pregnancy test came back negative so they are unsure. But I have heard you can miscarry and have a negative test the day after?
