Hi I was just looking for experiences really as it's quite a specific question so Google is not helpful. I'm not concerned enough to contact GP.
I lost my little girl at 16 weeks on the 2/8/24 ( I was induced after we found out her heart had stopped two days earlier) I bled for around 2 weeks then it went to light spotting and stopped completely about 5 days ago. This afternoon I've noticed brown blood, not loads but enough for a pad and not just discharge or spotting.
I was on antibiotics a few days after delivering her for an infection and passed a couple of large clots and then all was okay, so I don't think it's anything retained. She was born in her sac so placenta was intact.
I usually have irregular cycles ( PCOS and endo) but usually quite long. I'm not sure if this is my period starting 3.5 weeks later or just more bleeding.
I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks in January and my period came back 3.5 weeks later but as this was later I was expecting a lot longer.
