Possible or not

I had a missed miscarriage in May, baby measured 7+1weeks but I didn't actively pass everything until 12 weeks (didn't know until I started bleeding,was waiting on first hospital app)
Had first period after miscarriage 6 weeks ago and started bleeding 5 days ago to the point of doubling over in pain. Today I passed this along with some other smaller clots. And asking for advice on what someone thinks (is it another early miscarriage or just passing tissue from previous miscarriage)
I have a gp appointment tomorrow to get bloods done

@My4littlepiggies so sorry for ur loss! Have u had a scan after miscarrying naturally at 12 weeks? If not it might be some left pregnancy tissues…unfortunately some times it might take quite long especially if the body does it all by itself without any pills or surgical procedures. My second miscarriage it took around1month and half to pass the last clot. Maybe u can do a scan just to check if now ur uterus is clean? X

Blood tests confirmed it was my second miscarriage , a complete one. I didnt even know I was pregnant. I've been referred onto reoccurring miscarriage clinic . Hopefully I'll get some answers xx
