Sorry to ask. Are you asking because you’ve had a positive pregnancy test and you are wondering if you are now suffering a mc, or have you not tested and are just asking if it’s a MC because you’ve had clots for the first time?

I regularly had clots without being pregnant as I got older (mid 30’s) and also when suffering one of my mc’s. What I mean is, clots don’t necessarily mean you were pregnant. You would need to test to confirm a pregnancy before thinking it’s a mc.
