Still a faint line 6 weeks after surgery, help!

So I'm still testing positive with a faint line 6 weeks after surgical management for a mmc, baby was only the size of 6 weeks at 11 weeks with no heartbeat. I'm sure it's slightly darker than the last test I took 🤦🏼‍♀️.
I had what I took to be a very light period last week, lasted 5 days of mostly brown stuff.
I'm so eager to start trying again and move forward but still feel in limbo.
Should I call EPU tomorrow or just wait it out? Thanks 🙏🏻

So sorry to hear about your mmc, probably worth calling the EPU to run it by them, take care x

I'm sorry you're in this position. I had surgical management two weeks ago for an MMC and they said to test after 3 weeks and call them if it was still positive. I'd definitely give them a ring and they will likely give you a scan.

UPDATE
Thanks for your replies. I did go to the EPU who tested me and said I was negative. We didn't scan as I find it upsetting and they didn't think there was a need as I was now negative.
HOWEVER I am still testing positive at home. Still faint but getting slightly darker. I don't think I'm pregnant again at all so I don't know what's happening. I have no pain, no issues nothing. Planning on getting the doctors to run bloods this week and see what's happening. It's so frustrating as I want to move on and try again.
First picture is Tuesdays test and second is today's test which is darker.
