Is this a miscarriage or not?

Hi all,

Can you maybe share your thoughts? - I assume I may have had a miscarriage and am getting false positives, but maybe I could still have hope?

On Sun 21 July I started having light spotting, and assumed I was in the first couple of days of my period, which is always light on days 1-2. It usually gets very heavy on days 3-4, but this didn't happen, my boobs still hurt, and my head was in the clouds, so on Sat 27 I took a test, which was faint positive. By Sunday the line was thick and no bleeding, so I was over the moon. Then no bleeding at all and big thick lines, until Tues 30 when I got home from a walk to find red spotting.

Over the next day red spotting continued, and sometimes with a tiny bit of tissue, until the spotting became brown again on Wednesday. The line looked visibly paler from Wednesday night, and continues to get lighter, but I still don't think I've bled enough to fully saturate a single sanitary towel, over the whole of these 1.5/2 weeks. I assume that because the line is getting thinner and that the blood went red for a while that this must have been a miscarriage, and that now its just a false positive, but I usually have really heavy periods and this wasn't close to that. My boobs still hurt, but head feels 'clearer' than it did last week.

I will try to get checked out on Monday but I wonder what your thoughts are. See pregnancy test pic below (and sorry about the dirty sink!). Thanks

I have photos of all of the blood from Tuesday onwards if anyone wants to see, but i'm assuming not 😂

I forgot to say, my period start date before this was 25 June, so on Tues 30 I came into my 5th week
