2nd miscarriage (likely)

Sat here at 9.5 weeks pregnant and started bleeding earlier today. Having miscarried at exactly 9.5 weeks also in April I’m just sat here waiting for it to happen.

Had no issue conceiving despite my age but it seems I just can’t get past 10 weeks.
Tomorrow should be my first midwife appointment as well 😞

I'm so sorry to hear that you're going through this.
Can you ring your early pregnancy unit and see if they will see you for a scan this week?

This may not mean you are miscarrying. I had 3 miscarriages and when I fell pregnant a 4th time, I had a big bleed around 8/9 weeks. When I went for a scan, it was a subchoronic hematoma. The baby was fine. I hope this is the case for you. Sending hugs and good luck. X

Im going to just sit out tonight i think and just see what the MW says tomorrow- unless it gets worse overnight of course.

I know. It's completely awful and you feel helpless because there's nothing really you can do apart from wait.

How do you feel this morning?

I ended spending 7hrs in a&e being poked, prodded, examined, scanned etc.

They could not see a pregnancy on the scan but I have to go to epacc today to have a better machine used.

It also seems my progesterone levels are low but my hcg levels are as expected.

So today I have to go into epacc and have my ‘further options’ explored which has scared me a bit tbh

Are you in UK? Please ask about progesterone - I was prescribed it in my 2nd pregnancy after a bleed. I took it in my 3rd pregnancy as soon as I had a positive test and the result is pooing away happily right now.
