9 week miscarriage concerned

I had a miscarriage at 9 weeks on The Thursday just gone due to incompetent cervix. Bloods on Sunday showed hcg levels over 6000 and was told to monitor my pregnancy tests so they lighten however they are getting darker and I'm concerned ive attached my pregnancy test from today after not even a 30 min hold

I think each hospital policy is different. I wouldn’t worry unless you’re having really heavy bleeding/ large clots still, then could be sign of retained products. But still very early on if only miscarried on thurs, bleeding can last for weeks and also for hcg levels to return.
I was just told to test after 3 weeks and if positive still then to phone EPU. I’m 4 weeks post miscarriage and still having the occasional brown spotting but my tests are now negative.
