I had medical management for a missed miscarriage. Scan showed that I was 6+4 at an 8 week scan.
I had mifepristone last Tuesday and Misoprostol the following Thursday. I found the whole experience manageable. I didn't bleed a lot. I never soaked through pads, but passed pregnancy tissue and clots when using the bed pan.
I started to feel a bit off yesterday and started getting cramps, but these went with painkillers. Today the cramps have been getting a bit more intense and I've had to ramp it up to Cocodamol rather than paracetamol. Again, I'm barely marking any pads, but I am passing a fair bit of blood and clots when using the toilet. I started getting intense pains like when the misoprostol kicked in on Thursday and passed a largish clot. The blood now seems to look more of a fresh red blood rather than a darker red.
I really hope this makes sense and just wanted to know if anyone else had the same experience?
