TW!! Am I miscarrying

This is my first pregnancy. We have been trying so I have been testing everyday my first faint positive was the 13th it is now the 1st.
a week ago I had some very very light pink/brown spotting and yesterday night I had very mild cramping and passed this. Is it possible it could just be a blood clot?

It was a miscarriage my levels have dropped down to 40 hgc today
