When to expect a negative test result

I recently suffered a miscarriage, I passed the sac on Monday 10th June and had it confirmed via a scan on Wednesday 12th june. The majority of the bleeding has stopped, I get the odd bit when I wipe thats all.
I did a test today as the hospital said they wanted me to report when I get a negative test. It showed pregnant 1-2 weeks, shall I wait another week before doing it again?

It’s taken me between 5-7 weeks to get to negative. Some people the hormones just stick around for longer. Hope you get your negative soon

3 weeks for a fully blank negative for me, so sorry 💐💔
