Miscarriage books - FFP

Having now completed my recurrent miscarriage journey, I now don't need these books, and wondered if anyone else would like them.

Miscarriage - what every woman needs to know - Prof Lesley Regan

Preventing Miscarriage - Jonathon Scher

Trying Again - a guide to pregnancy after miscarriage, stillbirth and infant loss - Ann Douglas and John Sussman

You're welcome to take one or all, and I'll let you know the exact cost of postage when sent.

cmotdibbler, does your journey have a happy ending? please tell. I have read Lesley Regans, having had 4 successive miscarriages I borrowed it from the library and found it quite informative. Would you recommend the others?

It does - 3 mcs, then Ds, who was conceived immediatly after no 3. In spite of what tests they managed to do properly (don't get me started on the incompetence of the Brighton and Haywards Heath hospitals), nothing came up, but my GP recommended I start low dose aspirin due to some funny clotting symptoms I have always had, so I started that immediatly after the ERPC.

We decided that DS was enough of a miracle, and I just couldn't do it all again, so we are stopping at that.

The Preventing MC book is interesting, but quite different to the LR one - it is a US book. The Trying Again is fabulous, and a complete rock during my pg with DS.

Congratulations on your happy ending! I've been referred to the recurrent miscarriage clinic and am hopeful that we will too.
