Misoprostol unsuccessful

Has anybody else found that misoprostol for medical management of a miscarriage has been unsuccessful and did not work?
I have had 2 doses now to absolutely no effect.
I have already had surgical management 4 weeks ago and it was to try and remove some remaining tissue.
Feeling helpless, it’s been 6 weeks since we were told of our missed miscarriage.

I'm very sorry you're going through this.

I had medical management of a miscarriage that had started but not finished. That didn't get all the tissue so I had an ERPC a couple of days later, under general anaesthetic
