Periods changed since miscarriage

Hi all, I had a missed miscarriage and had an ERPC back in January but since then I’ve had 5 periods and they seem to of completely changed, my periods have always been between 28-35 days, the first one was 32 days which was normal for me but the following 4 since then have all been 25-26 days and have been super regular it worries me as they have changed drastically and the cycle has become a lot shorter, I’m worried it won’t give enough time for my lining to thicken enough each month, has anyone else had similar? Did they go back to normal?
thanks

Hiya! Firstly I want to say I’m so sorry for your loss.
I didn’t want to read and run without giving me experience with it.
I was having periods every 2 weeks prior to my last pregnancy. Every 2 weeks for around 4 month and managed to get pregnant in between! I had a miscarriage on 3rd April and my periods have been pretty normal so far! but this is only my second one I’m on now, it seems to have been 30 days since my last period, which I know was a little late, but I expect that anyway!
ive had 3 miscarriages, after my second is when my periods were messed up, but apparently this is normal for several months it can happen while your body is working on getting itself back to pre pregnancy normality.
I hope you have your rainbow baby! Wishing you the all the best x

@Francescarae I had surgical management in February and have had 3 periods since. First one was very very light. Second one seemed more normal and last one seemed to last longer and stopped and started. The cycle lengths haven't varied much but it's more the type of blood, it's really red and watery compared to how it used to be and I've been getting really bad cramps the week before too. Unsure if it's normal either but hoping it's just time for hormones to settle. Have you spoken to your GP? I'm considering it of I don't get pregnant this month as it's stressing me out which isn't helping.

Thank you both for your replies. It was an IVF pregnancy so will try and speak to my fertility consultant about it when I next see him, I’m just hoping that they really do go back to normal, it seems common from my research that it can take a while, so sorry you’ve been through losses too x
