Irregular cycle after miscarriage

Hi all, hoping someone can help. I found out at the end of Feb that I'd had a missed miscarriage, and went through surgical management at the beginning of March. I bled for around 2 weeks afterwards and then had an extremely light period 6 weeks later at the end of April (lighter than usual). Since then I've not had a period at all and I'm now 10 days late according to my Flo app. I've taken pregnancy tests and they were negative, and have been taking ovulation tests for the past week (according to my app this is the week I would ovulate) but the line hasn't gotten as dark as/darker than the control line. Should I be worried at this point? Or is this normal? I'm just fed up of feeling so far behind where I wanted to be 😥

Hi @Nicolamca, so sorry for your loss, I’ve got a very similar time line to you.
MMC end of Feb and then surgical management.
I had my first period 6 weeks 4 days after surgical management, but I’m not sure I ovulated.
My cycles do seem irregular post miscarriage. I used to ovulate around day 15-16 and cycle length was around 28-30 days but my one full cycle post miscarriage so far has been 35 days and potential ovulation day 23 (had a positive clear blue ovulation but no EWCM).
I have spoken to my GP a few weeks after MMC and they said it can take a few months for things to settle down and I’ve read on miscarriage association the same that a few months on irregular cycle can happen. But I understand the frustration, I do get anxious about it as I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was a 20, but I haven’t had symptoms for years. I am due to speak to my GP this month, so I do plan to ask about irregular cycles post miscarriage then.
Hope you are doing ok
