Symptoms after miscarriage

Hi had a miscarriage on 2nd May, i bled for a good 5 days heavy then nothing. Tests went negative. Fast forward to now, we have only BD the once since then. But now im having really bad symptoms sore breast/nipples and cramping. Bad breakouts and gas all the last 2 days could i be pregnant again or are your period symptoms worse for your 1st period after a miscarriage i was 6 weeks 3 days.

Maybe take a test to see if you are.
I think from what I've read and been told you are very fertile after a loss
In my experience period after a loss was similar to a normal one but everyone is different

I dont want to test just yet as i think it could be my mind playing tricks on me, and i dont think i could handle seeing a negative now. I just wasnt sure if this means AF is about to start x
