hello all.. i miscarried at 5 weeks.. went for a follow up scan and everything is fine .. bleeding was just like period and it lasted a week and i was totally fine.. its been 10 days..but for the past 3 days .. i get stomach pain in the evening alone and clearly its because of gas.. its quite painful and after taking antacid its much better.. has anyone experienced it? morning i am fine so i fail to visit the hospital but evenings are a nightmare.. last two days were pathetic .. today its mild but yet so uncomfortable being bloated and full.. please help
