Negative pregnancy test post TFMR? High hcg

Hi everyone. We tfmr three weeks ago tomorrow.

im still getting postive pregnancy tests (deffo getting fainter) - I never thought I’d ever be hoping to see a negative test, a very surreal thing to be hoping in the circumstances.

how long did it take you guys to get a negative? My bleeding is literally just the tiniest amount maybe once a day now for the last five days. Hoping today may be the first day of nothing.

i don’t know if it matters but my hCG levels were 6 times higher than what they should be (6.31 MoM) so i am anxious it may take ages for my hCG levels to drop down to normal.

I am impatient for the negative test because I know we can’t try again because I’ll never ovulate whilst getting a postive test. 😫

I've had a negative tests after 2 weeks (pathetically low hcg though) and one that took about 6 weeks, I was bleeding lightly the whole time. So there isn't a normal but it makes sense that the higher it was the longer it will take to get to 0

in case anyone in future needs an update it took 3 weeks and 1 day to get a negative xx
