TFMR what to expect

I have had bad news and having to have a TFMR as it unlikely my baby will survive pregnancy. I am currently 13 +6 and had the first tablet today. I have no idea what to expect with the medical option and how painful it will be. Those that have been through this, how did you find the experience?
I am also thinking about whether to try to conceive again. How have you found it mentally getting pregnant after the loss? Has it taken you ages to conceive after loss?

Congratulations on your pregnancy. 🎉 I bet it is an anxious time. I gave been told I won't get a NIPT test due to it being T16 and the NIPT test won't pick that up 🤦 it would be nice to still be offered it for reassurance.
I am now 5 months post TFMR and on my fourth cycle of trying to conceive. I am a few weeks away from my due date for George and I really hoped I would be pregnant again by now.
My cycles are not normal as such yet. I did have a 28 day cycle last month with the help of maca root but I had some bleeding from 9dpo so I have stopped taking maca root. I am cd5 and finished my period yesterday morning but had more bleeding today so not sure what's about 😬
I am currently getting some bloods done privately to see what they say.
