Miscarriage advice.

First time posting,just trying to put my mind at ease I think.
I'm around 6/7 weeks pregnant,about a week ago I started having brown discharge every time I wiped,this was quite normal for me I've had 4 children and had this before. Saturday it changed to red for about a hour,then Tuesday I had a few very small clots. Then this morning a few more clots followed by what I think may have been the sac but was much smaller than I expected. I've had headaches for the past couple of weeks. Not really any stomach pain,although about a hour ago I had a awful stomach ache for about ten minutes and waves of nausea. Also some pain in my shoulders,not sure what I'm asking,don't really have anyone to talk to. Have a scan tomorrow at the early pregnancy unit. Thank you

Sorry this is happening op. Its good you’re getting scanned tomorrow, it could be an ectopic pregnancy especially with the shoulder pain.

That did cross my mind,I wasn't sure because I had passed clots but I'm unsure how a ectopic pregnancy works. Thank you for the reply

I had a loss last month at 6 weeks and it sounds pretty similar to this. Started off with 4 days of brown/pink spotting mainly when wiping which then turned to a period like bleed after about a week with tiny clots.
i mainly just had really bad headaches, and also had shoulder pain but did have quite bad cramps for about 10 days while the bleeding was as at its worst. I thought to had a full MC I’d have to pass large clots or pieces of tissues, but I left it all to pass naturally and tracked things down to a negative test and only ever had tiny fragments/clots pass….

Unfortunately I would say it sounds like a loss, especially since you did have pain for a bit… have you had any other symptoms?
like loss of pregnancy symptoms?
