Abdominal pain

had miscarriage 18 weeks and 5 days. Its been now 3-4 weeks. I've been experiencing cramping that isn't improving. The pain doesn't get better with ibuprofen. It's centered around my belly button and extends horizontally towards the sides. It feels like a line going across the middle of my abdomen, and the pain comes and goes.
According to doc ultrasound looks good and blood work looks good but this pain is not going away. I don’t know if this is concerning or not

I think you need to speak to someone medical, a public forum like this is not the best place for this issue. I hope it gets sorted for you.

Thank you for your post. I wasn’t really getting anywhere with my doc so I wanted to get an opinion if this was common. Guess I need to go to another doctor.

Definitely need to see another doctor or request another scan, I'd be concerned about retained tissue or an infection, any other symptoms or is it just the pain?

Surprising part is no other symptoms no bleeding no fever. Just this abdominal pain is driving me nuts. I am not really getting anywhere with my doctor. So I called another doctor to discuss and share my reports.
