Worried if I'm having a miscarriage or not?

This is my second pregnancy and I am about 6 weeks pregnant, today I started bleeding at first it was heavy but now its calming down, I've only had the one clot you can see and I don't really have any pains, I have an early scan booked but I'd just like some opinions please, weve tried so long for this baby so I'm worried sick 🥺

photos go in order of bleeding so first one is when I first started, second was about after an hour and the last one was about 10 mins ago

I can only talk about my own experience and that piece in your 2nd pic looks like what came out of me during my mc. When do you have your early scan?

It’s so hard to know for sure.

It could be a miscarriage, or the beginning of one; but many women can bleed heavily during otherwise healthy pregnancies.

I am afraid I agree with the first reply. When I had a miscarriage I had clots like the second pic. I think at the time when I read around people said bleeding could be fine but if you’re passing clots then its a miscarriage.

Having said that I could be totally wrong, I am not a medical professional.

I'm so sorry you're going through this, it's impossible to know really but I'd definitely go to your early pregnancy assessment unit.

@mummygeo hi hun, sorry you’re going through this❤️ unfortunately I would say you’re having MC I’m afraid. I had a MC last month, also at 6 weeks and it looked pretty similar. From other’s posts and pictures I thought at that stage that you’d have to pass big bits of tissue/the sac/placenta etc but I passed it all naturally across 3 weeks without anything big coming out, just tiny little clots 🤷🏼‍♀️
Bit again supposedly lots of people do have period like bleeding in early pregnancy and everything goes on to be ok!

Are you having any other symptoms?
Loss of pregnancy symptoms? Or any pain etc?
