Recurrent miscarriage

Hi guys,
We are waiting a follow up appointment with my fertility clinic (Ark in Greece) and recurrent miscarriage clinic in Leeds following my recent miscarriage after DE transfer. It’s my first DE transfer but I have had 2 miscarriages from natural pregnancies. All 3 have happened around 6-7 weeks. I'm currently 36 and husband is 39 and we have been trying since 2019. I'm so worried now about another miscarriage or not having kids at all.
I had a work up at my local recurrent after my second miscarriage. Had 3D USS which was normal, normal lupus and thrombophillia screen and normal genetics of the foetal tissue. In the past a hyocsy showed I had one blocked tube and one not working so well but no obvious cause. In 2019 my TSH was normal and Vit D was fine after replacement.
I was on clexane, cyclogest, lubion and estradiol through the cycle and recurrent miscarriage clinic added on aspirin and hydroxychloroquine on the positive test. The miscarriage clinic have already offered to continue on hydroxychloroquine and change to steroids on next positive.
I have always wondered if there’s something more happening as I have blocked tube and one not working well for no apparent reason.
I know this could just be bad luck but I also want to make sure I have thought through anything else. I have always wondered if something immunological is going on and now want to pursue this.
I have contacted Coventry implantation clinic but understand they only do uterine nk cells on biopsy.
I want to be armed with the right questions for my fertility clinic and need help.
Has anyone else been in the same position and had success? Any suggestions of what to do next?
I'm based near Leeds, any reproductive immunologists in the North or central London? dr Shehata is a 4 hour drive from us.
Thank you in advance.

@Pinkieblue24 I am so sorry for your loss. We sadly didn't have our genetics back on our last appointment but she was very helpful and we have a plan of using hydroxychloroquine and steroids prior to my next IVF cycle and as we are still trying ourselves.

Hi @PB6 I just wanted to check in on you and see how things are going since your post? It sounds like the steroids and hydro are exactly what CRP clinic are putting people on. I have vbeen put on prednisone from CRP x
