Changes to body

I miscarried just under a month ago. My hips are wider, breasts largers, tummy bloated, belly button looks different... I feel even more pregnant now than when I actually was. It's such a mindf*ck.

It's so depressing seeing the changes in my body, but at the same time it's a reminder that I did once carry my baby. A painful reminder, but I don't want to forget (like I ever could lol ~)

Idk, I can't really talk to anyone irl so just venting my frustration, pain, anger, confusion etc.

Thanks.if you read this fat, sending you all strength.

I hear you on the body. Reassuring to know it’s not just me. I find myself quite angry at how my stomach is now and nothing to show for it!

@Goshidgaf definitely not alone on this one so vent away! I always think it’s quite sad that our bodies don’t quite catch on as quickly as we’d like and that it takes a while to go back to ‘normal’.
