Bleeding stringy discharge miscarriage?

I’ve been spotting since a week ago now small pink pale bits on and off but today I’ve woke up like my symptoms have gone and feel emotional and almost feeling like my period is starting but no cramps I’m 5 weeks 4 days pregnant and I have had multiple losses before. Today the tissue is more pink and red stringy which on the nhs website is start of onset miscarriage I’m heartbroken as really wanted to be happy and excited any experiences I’ve called EPU but I had a scan booked with them on Wednesday and I’m assuming since no pain or cramping they’ll tell me to let it takes it course if it is a miscarriage

@Jenroxy5 awww bless you sweet it really is a shitty time. Don't really have much more advice as you seem to have done everything you need to as you say without severe pain EPU are unlikely to change the date of scan or bring you in. I'm sorry for your loss sweet, please take care of yourself 💐 💐
