Missing period

Hi just wondered what your cycles were like after MC. I had a natural MC 2/2 scam showed all complete then on 29/2 I had 4 days of spotting. I’m now awaiting my period but so far hasn’t turned up. Now 31 days before MC I would have my period every 27 days. All pregnancy tests are BFN. I kwwp
getting cramps and sometimes a sharp stabbing paid but no other symptoms.

I’m sorry for your loss. The hormones after a miscarriage can play havoc with your cycle, so it’s not unusual that it could be a different length. However, I’d get the pains checked out, just in case. Hopefully it’s nothing, but sometimes things can get missed on scans so it’s worthwhile getting it checked out. Wishing you all the best
