Increased cervical mucus, years after loss?

Hey everyone,

Has anyone noticed their cervical mucus increased, up to years after your loss?
I was 29 (2021) when I had my first and last pregnancy (early mmc, had D&C). I wasn't on birth control then and I'm not now or ttc.

During ovulation, I get LOTS of cm to the point that I have to change my underwear twice in the day at that time
.
Outside of Ovulation, when I've been out all day and walking around, I will get lots of cm too, like creamy. It only happens when I've been moving more than normal.

If anyone relates, please share as I can't seem to find any info anywhere 😆

Thank you 💗

If it is itchy or smelly then see a doctor. Your cycles do change as you get older. I used to have similar but now I’m 45 I barely have any.

Thank you for responding.

There's no odour or change in consistency, outside of normal white Leukkorhea and during Ovulation clear and slippery, just lots of both. I do have dry days before menstruation.

I've had tests for both utis and stds, bloods done aswel, nothing abnormal. I do have pcos and endocrine disorders, so I suppose it's possible that I have become more sensitive to hormonal fluctations. I'll raise it with my GP on my next visit.

Thank you :)
