Retained tissue/ surgical management

Hello,

im booked to have my THIRD surgical management of the same miscarriage after 7 weeks of knowing baby has no heartbeat. MVA and SMM both unsuccessful, misprostol unsuccessful and now another SMM. Can this affect fertility and future chances of pregnancy? I’m really worried this amount of medication and surgery isn’t going to be good for my body. Has anybody gone through something similar with a positive outcome? Just so worried to go through it again 😞
