Am I miscarrying??

To jump right into it I tested positive March 10th at home with two pregnancy test they were faint.
I waited 3 days later to take another at home test and it was a solid positive!! I went to urgent care to get checked out and my HcG levels read 189mIU/mL March 13th.

I was worried because I have been bleeding now since March 2nd and it’s coming and going. I started having lower back pain and went to the emergency the next morning March 14th and had my HcG tested again and it went down to 144mIU/mL.

So I assumed okay It’s a miscarriage. I was scheduled to come back in the next day to get checked again to see if I need a D&C. The doctor decided not to proceed with that and have my HcG levels checked again and now it’s reading 169.3mIU/mL!!!!??? I have never been so confused in my entire life. I have a trip coming so I won’t check untill two weeks from now since I am going out of the country. Can anyone share their experience.

how far along do you think you are? Surely the doctor scanned you before deciding you’d miscarried no? Do you have to go on the trip? Is it far? What’s healthcare like? Sorry to hear you’re having a tough time, will keep fingers crossed for you

Turned out it was an ECTOPIC PREGNANCY 😭.

My HcG went from
189mIU —> 144mIU —> 169mIU —> 225mIU.

I would be exactly 6weeks today March 18.

i had to get an endometrial biopsy March 15th which was on Friday since my pregnancy was already not looking to well and my HcG levels were all over the place and increasing slowly instead of doubling. This was to confirm if there was a pregnancy in my uterus and the bleeding may be the miscarriage. The results Came back to no uterine tissue and had to get another HcG reading the following day in hopes my HcG levels decreased following the biopsy.

I got blood work March 16th this past Saturday and my HcG came back 225mIU.
which confirmed it’s an ectopic pregnancy. I was prescribed methotrexate a shot on each butt cheeks which helps stop the growth of the fetus since it’s not in my uterus... I get another HcG reading tomorrow and Friday. Let’s hope my HcG levels drops. It’s such a sad pregnancy. Trying to stay positive.

I was forced to cancel my trip but due to a medical emergency I was refunded however it’s been such a messy month for me. The trip was Mexico! So the doctor was worried since I would be out of the country in a foreign country far away from everyone. The trip was more just for me to relax and take some relaxing time.

Did they scan you to look for the pregnancy? I'm currently having a MMC, but my hcg levels didn't rise at the start so they thought ectopic. Scanned me and baby was in the right place. Unfortunately after seeing baby's heartbeat, I'm having a MMC. I think the slow rising hcg levels was a big indicator that the pregnancy wasn't gonna go well. Pray it gets easier for us both 🙏

They did scan me a week ago but I was too early so they couldn’t locate the pregnancy beside a sac that was hanging low which may be filled with fluid. The doctor told me right away because I was farther along my HcG levels should be doubling not slow rising. I also dropped at one point so that indicated a bad pregnancy.

I gotten my results 4 days after getting the methotrexate shot it went from 225mIU ti 396.1mIU. I’m really hoping when I go for my next visit Friday it would decrease. It’s been a rough journey.

My original plan was to take the tablet and go hospital but I have started to bleed, I've had some clots. I'm hoping I'm over the worst bit as I've read online how painful the tablets can be.
I've got my appointment tomorrow where I'll discuss my options again. I wanna see if my body can clear it naturally.
I have pain but I'm used to it as I've got stage 4 endo.
I didnt go for surgery route as I'm worried about scar tissues.
I pray it's over quickly 🙏
I wanna try again but worried ill have to go through something similar again 😔
