First I’d like to state I was not trying to conceive I recently decided to get an IUD after ending an engagement (we were trying prior to) I had an IUD inserted 4 months ago and my periods have been light almost nonexistent I missed my period at the beginning of Feb but then on the 27th I started with brown discharge like I was about to start my period but I had this constant pain in my like ovaries are for about 5 days then I started to very lightly bleed for about a week cramps here and there but then yesterday back to brown and now today I’ve had this plus long stringy red things come out plus this twice (sorry for the picture) I need to know!

Did you take a pregnancy test?

I had one done at the doctors like right after what would have when I could have possibly conceived. But since then no, there’s chunks of what I think is tissue in it there was a bigger chunk earlier.

I'd get a FRER just in case xx

A what? Sorry I got pregnant with my son 10 years ago when I was not planning on it and since then I’ve had an iud until 2 years ago when me and my ex decided just not to prevent. Will it still say postive if im miscarrying?

I think they're possibly pieces of a decidual cast, if you want to Google that and see if it's similar?

Yes I have had my iud for 4 months now but I did have one 8 many years ago and they had to remove it due to PID and it had also adhered to me (I’ve had 2 do this) and that is also when they told me I head having a miscarriage as well I had no idea I was pregnant and I had that iud for 8 months to a year so that’s why I’m panicking I never saw and bleeding or anything.
