Hi all,

I had a MVA 2 weeks ago after my missed miscarriage which was found at 8+3 / baby died at 6+3. I started to track my HCG decline 1 week after the procedure and it doesn’t seem to be going down very much - see photo. Top test is from 1 week ago, middle test from 4 days ago and bottom test this morning, all with FMU held all night. I stopped bleeding 1 week ago so really thought it would be declining quicker now, but maybe that’s not how it works. Just worried about retained products and want to feel like I can draw a line under this and move on.

anyone else been in a similar position? How quickly for your HCG to go?

Hello I had medical management on the 7th Feb. My tests were similar, very dark after 1 weeks, still quite dark after 2, but then negative by 3. They said to ring back if still positive after 3 weeks so I'm assuming that's normal. It's so frustrating that it takes so long though 😫 sorry for your loss x

@Bubbles19818 mine were quite similar, if it's still there but very faint at 3 weeks you'll likely be okay. I think I needed a period to clear out the hormone completely. If they're not much lighter than that then you'll need to call up x

I’ll keep an eye on it and hope it continues to fade over the next week. Just want this all over with now 🤞🏻
