Surgical Miscarriage - Large Mass

Hello, I will try and describe as briefly as possible.
I had a missed miscarriage. Opted for MVA (local anaesthetic) which went horribly wrong and failed. Have surgical management under general anaesthetic the day after which said I was ‘all clear’. Fast forward 3 weeks and the pregnancy test they told me to take 3 weeks after surgery came back a strong positive. Rang the epu who scanned me. There was a large mass in my womb. Several senior management professionals compared all my scan photos to see what it could be and nobody really knew. It looked like a sac and was quite large but they weren’t sure as surgery said everything was removed and they would’ve noticed if this hadn’t been. I’m being rescanned on Monday by someone more senior but I’m so worried. There was mention of a pocket of blood - I was bleeding for 2.5 weeks up until the day of that scan and now it’s stopped so they’re thinking I would’ve continued bleeding if it was this. Has anybody had something similar? Or knows what I’m potentially looking at? Could I be pregnant again? We weren’t careful in the week after surgery and then I started bleeding. I’m so confused just hoping it’s not something sinister. Thank you if you got this far x

Sorry you're going through this. Did you find out what it was?x

They have confirmed the sac is still there. I was given misprostol to take yesterday which only brought on cramps. No bleeding and I haven’t passed the sac so guessing I’ll need a third surgery😞
