Stop/start bleeding 🤯

I had surgical management a week ago.
The bleeding has been light and over the weekend it stopped, woke up this morning and it’s started again (very light) but why am I getting this stop start?!
Its driving me mad, is it hormones?

I don't know what causes it but my bleeding was also stop start. It's been nearly 4 weeks now and I haven't bled in several days but I'm still wearing a pad just in case!
