Empty gestational sac

I've got a scan tomorrow after having to wait two weeks since been told I had an empty sac and was measuring less than 5 weeks.

I am unsure of dates as I had a miscarriage in November and then had a period in the beginning of January. But then had some bleeding the beginning of February.

I just don't know what to expect tomorrow, I don't want to get my hopes up that things will be okay if they aren't.

Any advice, or past experiences would be helpful!

I’m sorry you’re going through this, the uncertainty and waiting can be so hard — but as you’re not sure of dates, hopefully you’ll get some good news at the scan tomorrow. I’ll have my fingers crossed for you.

I really hope the scan went okay and you saw something on Monday. I sadly had the same experience recently but never saw anything so had a missed miscarriage. Really hoping your outcome is different!!

I am so sorry you had to go through that. I luckily did see a heart beat and was measuring 7 weeks but I'm still so anxious that something will go wrong after previously having a miscarriage in November

That's fantastic news!!!! I think the fear never really leaves you after loss, but just know that it is normal to feel like that. Be kind to yourself and I really hope this brings you your rainbow :)

That’s wonderful news, congratulations! Pregnancy after loss can be a really emotionally challenging time. I often struggled to get excited, particularly in the early days, but what I learnt I could do was just enjoy it in the moment. Wishing you all the best

Thank you both, I'm just trying to be happy for getting through small milestones for now and making it more manageable. I'm really hoping everything stays on the right path
