After surgery tips……

I was relieved to have a surgery that went really well today. But I forgot to ask some questions…..
Was anyone told the following..

1. When I can have a bath/go swimming
2. When I can exercise (spin class)

Any other post op advice would be greatly welcomed x

Iirc the advice is not to have a bath, use tampons or swim for a week and to avoid heavy exercise for at least a week.
