I had a faint positive pregnancy test back in October 2023, but came on my period about a day later. Tested again after the bleeding stopped and test was negative and my periods were normal from then on. At the end of January I started what could have been a very very light period or spotting, but any test I did was negative. My period never came on the day it was due, but tests were still negative. I started bleeding about 4 days ago, and all this morning I’ve been in so much pain from cramps, and I passed 3 really big clots and I don’t normally have clots. One however, was really dark and had grey/white bits in it. Everything I’ve read points to early miscarriage, but I’m unsure as all the tests I did were negative. Has anyone else had anything similar I don’t know whether to see the doctors but it might be too late to tell by the time I get an appointment.
